Return & Exchange Policy
We hope your new purchase is everything you hoped it would be, but we know life happens. Did something break in transit? Is something missing from your order or you received the wrong item? (We try hard to always get it right, but we are human and mistakes do happen every once in a while)
If you have any issue at all with your purchase, please email us at hello@beblends.com within 10 days of receipt and we'll work with you to make it right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the condition you received it, unused, in original packaging, and you must have proof of purchase.
If we messed up your order (we're SO sorry), we'll cover the return shipping fees. Otherwise, your return may be subject to shipping costs.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Bracelet Re-string Policy
All aromatherapy bracelets are made with a heavy duty stretch cord. Even with normal use, this cord can stretch out over time and eventually break. We are more than happy to re-string your bracelet at no charge when it breaks from normal wear and tear. Please capture as many beads as possible to ship back to us. Shipping charges will apply.
